Dr. Aram Proudman, DC

Dr. Aram Proudman brings more than 13 years of chiropractic experience, with a background in private practice and treating families, athletes, and active individuals. Originally from Ireland, Dr. Proudman has spent much of his career helping patients recover from injuries, improve their movement, and stay active doing the things they enjoy.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in California and has experience with a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Thompson, ART, Toggle, and Activator. His approach is individualized, with an emphasis on understanding each patient's goals, lifestyle, and unique needs.

Outside of the office, Dr. Aram is an avid surfer and climber who enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with his family. As someone who loves staying active himself, he understands how important it is for his patients to get back to the activities they love.

Fun fact: Dr. Aram was on his national fencing team and enjoys reading and knitting. He has a son and a daughter and loves to get out hiking and camping with his wife and family!
