Do I need a referral to start treatment?
No referral is needed for chiropractic or rehab care. You can book directly online or call either office. Same-day appointments are available most weekdays. For workers' compensation cases, we handle the authorization paperwork on your first visit.
What conditions do you treat most often?
We see back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, rotator cuff strain, whiplash, and sports injuries. We also handle personal injury, auto accident, and workers' compensation cases. Our Oceanside office sees many Camp Pendleton training injuries and surf-related conditions. Our Carlsbad office treats a high volume of desk-posture neck tension and tennis elbow from local athletes.
How does shockwave therapy work?
Shockwave therapy sends acoustic pulses into damaged tendon tissue. It increases blood flow, breaks down scar tissue, and triggers the body's natural repair response. Most patients notice improvement after three to six sessions for plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow. The treatment is non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and has no downtime — you can drive yourself home and return to normal activity immediately.
Is spinal decompression safe?
Yes. Non-surgical spinal decompression gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. It is FDA-cleared and performed while you are fully clothed. Each session lasts about 20 minutes.
Do you accept insurance or treatment on lien?
We accept first-party auto insurance (PIP/MedPay) and third-party personal injury claims with treatment on lien. For workers' compensation, we handle authorization paperwork and communicate directly with your adjuster. We do not participate with most health plans; call us to verify coverage for your specific claim.
Can I combine multiple services in one visit?
Yes. Many patients stack an adjustment, massage, and rehab session in a single visit. Our providers coordinate your care plan so each treatment builds on the last.
Which location should I choose?
Choose the office closest to you. Our Vista Way office in Oceanside is two minutes off I-5, convenient for Camp Pendleton and Vista patients. Our Bressi Ranch office in Carlsbad serves La Costa, Encinitas, and the Palomar Airport corridor. Both locations offer the same services and same-day scheduling.
