Oceanside — Vista Way
Two minutes off I-5 at Vista Way (Exit 51A), minutes from Tri-City Medical Center. Convenient for Camp Pendleton, San Luis Rey, and Fallbrook patients. Same-day appointments most weekdays. Free parking on-site with a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
Carlsbad — Bressi Ranch
In the Bressi Ranch business plaza on Gateway Road, off Palomar Airport Road. Serves La Costa, Aviara, Encinitas, and Olivenhain. Lunch-hour slots available for nearby office workers. Free parking in the plaza with a step-free entrance to Suite 104.

What services does Pacific Spine & Rehab offer?
We offer chiropractic adjustments, active rehab, shockwave therapy, hydrotherapy massage, and corrective exercise with electric stim. Every service is available at both our Oceanside and Carlsbad offices.
Do I need a referral to start treatment?
No referral is needed for chiropractic or rehab care. You can book directly online or call either office. Same-day appointments are available most weekdays.
What conditions do you treat most often?
We see back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, rotator cuff strain, whiplash, and sports injuries. We also handle personal injury and auto accident cases. Our Oceanside office sees many Camp Pendleton training injuries and surf-related conditions. Our Carlsbad office treats a high volume of desk-posture neck tension and tennis elbow from local athletes.
How does shockwave therapy work?
Shockwave therapy sends acoustic pulses into damaged tendon tissue. It increases blood flow, breaks down scar tissue, and triggers the body's natural repair response. Most patients notice improvement after three to six sessions for plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow. The treatment is non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and has no downtime — you can drive yourself home and return to normal activity immediately.
Do you accept insurance or treatment on lien?
We accept first-party auto insurance (MedPay) and third-party personal injury claims with treatment on lien. We do not participate with most health plans; call us to verify coverage for your specific claim.
Can I combine multiple services in one visit?
Yes. Many patients stack an adjustment, hydrotherapy massage, and rehab session in a single visit. Our providers coordinate your care plan so each treatment builds on the last.
Which location should I choose?
Choose the office closest to you. Our Vista Way office in Oceanside is two minutes off I-5, convenient for Camp Pendleton and Oceanside patients. Our Bressi Ranch office in Carlsbad serves La Costa, Encinitas, and the Palomar Airport corridor. Both locations offer the same services and same-day scheduling.
Can the doctor review imaging I already have?
Yes. Bring recent imaging on a disc, a portal link, or your phone. A photo of the report is also useful.
