Our story
A North County clinic built on what we wished other clinics did.
Pacific Spine & Rehab opened in Oceanside in 2013. We started the practice because the standard chiropractic model — book the visit, get adjusted, rebook — skips the part that actually changes outcomes: the rehab and the plan.
From day one we integrated active rehab and shockwave therapy alongside chiropractic care. We added the Carlsbad (Bressi Ranch) office in 2019 to make that same standard of care reachable for patients south of the 78.
We're independently owned, family-run, and not part of a franchise. The doctors who treat you are the doctors who own the practice — which is why our plans are honest, our timelines are realistic, and our patients come back with their families.
