Your visit at our Oceanside office.
You'll park in the free lot off Vista Way and walk into a small, quiet reception. Intake takes about ten minutes — most active-duty patients use the iPad and we pre-pull TRICARE info. The exam runs through posture, range of motion, and a couple of orthopedic tests for the area you came in for. If you're cleared for an adjustment, you get the first one in the same hour. Before you leave, we map out the next two visits and hand you a printable summary for command or your PCP.
