A quick primer.
Hydrotherapy massage uses a HydroMassage table — pressurized warm-water jets under a waterproof membrane that knead and release tight muscle and fascia. You stay fully clothed and completely dry, and you control the pressure and focus area from a side panel.
At Vista Way, hydrotherapy is sequenced with your adjustment. The table warms and releases tissue first, then the adjustment lands more cleanly and tends to hold longer.
